Continuous Intelligence와 다른 것들의 비교 

- CI는 data, IoT자체가 아니다. CI는 또한 데이터가 처리, 생성 되는 속도를 의미하지도 않는다. (Throughput 포함)

그런것들은 CI의 성공에 영향을 주기는 하지만, 그 자체로 CI는 아니다. AI의 적용에 의존한다고 볼 수도 없다.

 

- Business Intelligence(human-driven decision-making processes like meetings, committees, and reports)는 실시간 으로 반영되지 않기 때문에 CI와 다르다. AI가 사용된다고 해도 실시간으로 데이터를 반영하기 위한 목적으로 생성되진 않았다.

 

 

그러면 CI는 정확히 무엇인가?

 

- 실시간으로, 자동(혹은 반자동화)된 프로세스를 따라서 사람의 의사결정 과정에 실기나으로 영향을 주는 정보

매 시간 반영되어야 하는 것

- 과거의 데이터를 읽어오는 것에 대한 오래걸리거나, 중복이 있거나 할 수 있다. --> FAST decision automation에 방해

CI의 목적은 그저 실시간 처리

-- 전체 데이터를 읽어오는 것은 불필요 할 수 있다. 

 

특정시나리오에서는 AI, ML의 도움을 받는다. 

 

 

- 인간이 사후 평가를 하기전에 Optimal response를 제공한다. 

 

-지속적으로 변화하는 것들을 위한

 

부분적인 자동 결정이다. 

 

- 기술이 완전 통제할 수 있는 상황에서는 폐쇄 회로가 된다. or 조력자가 된다

 

 

무엇이 좋은가?

• 사람의 편견을 없애고, DATA기반으로 결정할 수 있게 한다.

• CI는 상황인지의 일종
• 실시간으로 데이터로 부터 도움을 받음으로써 business bottle neck상쇄가능
• 특정 조직의 고유한 목적을 달성하도록 CI가 조직되어야함.
